Bischofshofen in Austria hosted the friendly match between Maccabi Haifa and OSC Lille.
Unfortunately,the game was cancelled because of anti-isreal attack on Maccabi Haifa Players
In the 85th Minute,spectators carrying Palestinian Flags stormed the field and started beating the players of the Isreali 1st division team.
It took the timely intervention of the Players,Official and security officers to get the situation once again under control.
On the Maccabi official website,it confirmed that its players Dekel Keinan and Vered Idan were seriously injured
Speaking to NijaTV Germany correspondent,the Stadium Speaker/Announcer Fritz Windpichler from SK Bischofshofen was shocked and speechless at the ugly incident.
"During International Games we dont normally have stadium Speaker,i was just watching the game,We are all toatlly shocked,we were not expecting such incident" said Windpichler
The Team from Maccabi finally left the stadium with Police protection,Ironically there was heay Police presence during the game,funny enough there was little or nothing they could do in order to stop the incident.
The Ref ended the Game abruptly,at that time Lille was leading by 2.0,goals scored by Ryan Mendes and Simon Kjaer
