The Commander in Chief of the Biafra Republic Com.Nnamdi Kanu inaugurated the ARMY COUNCIL OF BIAFRA (ACB) today.
Speaking  during the Biafra Memorial Day which held today at  Enugu the Biafra Capital, he commended all Biafrans from all over the World for their dedication and commitment.
The climax of the event was the handing over of the strength of the struggle from the Living Heros (War veterans) to the new C-in-C of the Biafra Republic.
